Architectural features of the complex
One of the architectural features of this complex is the predominance of space over the body of the building; In such a way that by ordering the construction of 24 more columns - in addition to the 4 columns of Karimkhani - by Godar, almost the major part of the executive operations of the building was done. Out of these 24 new columns, 8 columns were considered for under the dome and 16 columns for the separating porch. The roof of the dome was designed like a dervish hat, whose piety has been praised by Hafez. Choosing copper instead of precious metals for covering the roof is a sign of getting rid of worldly and material attachments and attachments that rust over time. The interior of the dome was a design of the Mina dome. There are eight columns supporting the dome, which shows the age of Hafez. The number of twenty columns in the architecture of Ivan probably refers to the century of revival of Hafiziyah - that is, the twentieth century. The use of the four columns of Karimkhani and the old tombstone and architectural elements of Zandiye in the new design shows Godard's attachment and attention to architecture and the era of Zandiyeh rule.
